Everything else that is charged, and to whom
- The first 60 days are free, and no card is needed to start.
- An add-on is free for its first 30 days the first time you switch it on, and you're told before that ends.
- When a boater pays you online, we take a share: 0.5% of each payment, at most $10 a payment. Whatever we earn that way comes off your plan's price for the month, so in any month you pay the larger of the two, never both.
- Online payments go through Stripe to your marina's own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own processing fee, as Stripe prices it.

Questions
Do we need to install anything?
No. It runs in the web browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone, and there is nothing to update.
What does it cost our boaters?
Nothing to have a login, see their bills or pay them. Nothing is added on top of what they pay you.
Where does the money go, and do you take a cut?
Boaters' payments go through Stripe into your marina's own Stripe account, and from there to your bank. On the way, Stripe takes its processing fee, and our share: 0.5% of each payment, at most $10 a payment. Whatever we earn that way comes off your plan's price for the month, so in any month you pay the larger of the two, never both.
What if we need help?
Write to us from the Help page in the app, any time, about anything. Every marina gets an answer, on every plan, and help never costs extra.
Can we leave?
Yes. Download your records whenever you like, and stop from Settings: the plan ends at the end of the month you're in. The refund policy has the details.
